Ladies Let's Go Fishing is a series of seminars and workshops that are held around Florida, but originated in the Fort Lauderdale fishing scene.
Most of their events are introductory fishing weekends for women, but they also hold master's seminars and lessons for more experienced fishers.
The training is hands-on, often women-led and for women only. Most of their seminars start with a reception on Friday night, a half day of classes on Saturday followed by an afternoon of learning specific fishing skills and a full day of fishing on Sunday. Equipment is provided and the weekends typically cost under $200.

Bass Pro Shops
Though not women-specific, Bass Pro is the largest retailer of fishing supplies and clothing in the Fort Lauderdale. They also stock a huge selection of women's apparel and technical clothing that's not only designed for enduring the elements, but it looks good to.
The store has seen a major increase in its female customers and has responded by carving out a huge section of their shops for female-centered gear and attire. According to a recent article on Women Angler's online magazine, they're one of the best shops for female fishing attire.
The Fort Lauderdale Women's Flats Fishing Club
Geared towards the female fly fisher, the Fort Lauderdale Women's Flats Fishing Club is an open membership fishing club that offers regular seminars, training sessions, social activities and annual trips outside the city and surrounding area.
